We supply the passion, the knowledge and the connections…but the rest depends on you! Though we always welcome monetary donations, the most incredible donations always materialize in the form of tools and resources. Things such as seeds, plants, use of a vehicle, use of a tractor, water, land, manpower, use of a kitchen, cannin supplies…even the use of a cell phone.

Miracles happen because you cared enough to MAKE those miracles happen! Families contact us simply because they are having a family project or home school lessons and their efforts feed those in need. What are we looking for? What could you offer The Backyard Harvest Project?

You could provide things such as:

• land
• buildings to use (can be used as a tax write-off for you)
• tractors
• vehicles
• excess food from your farm (we will glean your fields and make sure families in need are cared for)
  • fruit trees
  • potatoes, vegetables
  • nuts
  • grains
• contacts (do you know anyone who could help/donate to this project?)
• manpower (come help us, or let us show you how to create a ByHP branch in your own community!)
• canning supplies
• processing equipment
• financial contributions
• ….ANYTHING ELSE you might think of which could help such a project go! Creative people have opened the greatest doors and helped make miracles happen, so if you have an idea, LET US KNOW!! You don’t have to have money to help us take a huge leap forward…
